What to Include in a Freight Quote Request
The more detail, the better the quotation
- What the cargo is, how it is packed and whether it is dangerous, fragile or temperature sensitive.
- Where it starts and where it must be delivered, including the port or airport if you know it.
- Approximate weight and volume, or the number and size of containers.
- Your preferred mode (sea, air or road), or the date it must arrive so we can recommend one.
- Whether you want delivery to your door, and who handles customs clearance at the destination.
What happens next

- You receive an itemised quotation, usually within one business day.
