What this desk clears
What we handle
Every consignment type this desk files, examined and released under the correct regulatory workflow.
Clearance of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides and miticides.
Clearance of fertilizers, plant-growth regulators and micronutrients.
Clearance of technical-grade active ingredients and formulated agrochemicals.
Support for DPP registration (Form-1/16/17) and the import permit for your product.
Coordination of Certificate of Registration and applicable approvals before clearance.
Compliance with safety, labelling, packaging and transportation requirements for hazardous goods.
Agrochemicals are regulated by the Department of Plant Protection under the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971 and its Rules. A pesticide must be registered before it can be imported and sold, through brand registration (Form-1), the Generic Scheme (Form-16) or the registered-abroad scheme (Form-17), with a Certificate of Registration typically valid for three years. We help you confirm registration status and align the import with the right permit and conditions.
Because the large majority of product enters as technical material for local formulation rather than as finished product, correct classification and documentation matter for both compliance and duty. We classify each active ingredient and formulation correctly and prepare the file so clearance is clean.
Pesticides and agrochemicals are hazardous cargo. Labelling, packaging and transport are regulated, and inspection or sampling may be required at the port. We coordinate those checks, ensure the consignment meets safe-handling requirements and arrange careful onward transport, protecting your product, people and reputation.
From technical-grade actives for formulators to finished crop-protection products and plant-nutrition inputs, we clear the full agrochemical basket through Karachi with the documentation and follow-up these regulated goods demand.
Pesticide imports are cleared under DPP registration and Pakistan Customs.
