Food & beverages · Import clearance
Customs clearance for packaged food, confectionery, edible oils, pulses, spices, juices and frozen food, halal certification, shelf-life rules, labelling and food-standard conformity handled end to end.
What we handle
Confectionery, snacks, sauces, cereals and grocery lines for distributors and retailers.
Edible oils, fats and food ingredients for manufacturers and repackers.
Bulk and bagged commodities with plant-quarantine coordination where required.
Juices, syrups and non-alcoholic beverages with labelling and conformity checks.
Priority, cold-chain-aware clearance of frozen food with reefer transport onward.
Halal certificates, shelf-life verification and food-standard conformity, checked pre-arrival.
Imported food faces layered requirements: a halal certificate from an accredited certification body for the categories that need one, a minimum remaining shelf life measured against both manufacture date and arrival, retail labelling requirements, and conformity with Pakistani food standards. Plant-origin products can additionally require plant-quarantine clearance, and animal-origin products a quarantine check. Each is straightforward on its own; missing any one holds the container.
Our food desk verifies the complete set before the consignment ships wherever possible, and always before filing, so distributors and brand importers get predictable release on goods that are, by definition, time-limited stock.
Frozen and chilled consignments get priority handling: pre-arrival document readiness, prompt examination coordination and reefer road transport for onward delivery, so product temperature and remaining shelf life are protected from terminal to cold store.
For supermarket distributors and food-service importers running regular programmes, we standardise per-SKU documentation so every repeat shipment clears on the same, predictable footing, including seasonal surges before Ramadan and the year-end.

FAQ
Meat, dairy and many processed food categories require a halal certificate issued by an accredited Halal Certification Body recognised in Pakistan. We confirm whether your product needs one, and verify the certificate before filing so it never becomes the reason a container waits.
Imported consumer food must retain a minimum remaining shelf life at arrival, assessed against the date of manufacture and the import timeline. We check your production and expiry dating meets the requirement before the goods are shipped.
Yes, retail food packaging must meet labelling requirements covering ingredients, dates and importer details. We review label compliance as part of the pre-shipment document check.
Frozen consignments are prioritised: documents are completed pre-arrival, examination is coordinated promptly and reefer transport is booked in advance, so the cold chain holds from vessel to cold store.
