How clearance works
Our customs clearance process from pre-shipment to delivery
Six steps that run in parallel wherever the rules allow, so the regulator approval and the customs entry are ready at the same moment.
- STEP 01
Document check before shipment
We review the invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and bank instrument against the tariff heading and the Import Policy Order so nothing is discovered at the terminal.
- STEP 02
HS classification and duty estimate
Every consignment is classified under the Pakistan Customs Tariff and costed against the current duty, regulatory duty, sales tax and withholding position before the order is confirmed.
- STEP 03
Regulator approvals in parallel
DRAP, DPP, PTA and PSQCA applications run alongside the customs entry so the release order and the Goods Declaration are ready together.
- STEP 04
WeBOC and PSW filing
The Goods Declaration is filed electronically with every attachment, the assessment is checked against the estimate and duty is paid through the banking channel.
- STEP 05
Examination and assessment
Our staff attend examinations at Karachi Port, Port Qasim and the airport cargo terminal and answer valuation or classification queries with the file already built to support them.
- STEP 06
Release and delivery
The delivery order is collected, the gate pass is issued before free days expire and the cargo moves to your warehouse anywhere in Pakistan.
