View serviceUnder the Customs Act, 1969, imports are filed as a Goods Declaration on WeBOC/PSW, but the declaration is only half the job. Most regulated cargo needs a prior approval from an Other Government Agency: a DRAP Release Order for medicines, a Plant Protection Release Order for seeds, a PTA Certificate of Compliance for wireless devices, or food-standard conformity for dairy. Miss one, and the goods sit, accruing demurrage, until it is fixed.
We hold the expertise and the relationships to get those approvals right the first time, HS-classify accurately to protect your landed cost, and keep the regulatory approval and the customs entry moving in step. That is the difference between cargo that clears this week and cargo that waits.
